Being a person who lived in St. Petersburg for quite some time I understand this qute well.
None of this is ment to be funny except for the end part. This is about someone in St. Petersburg named Shnur who is a evil tyrant and in my oppinion a satanist. Thats what the whole song is about. The hippie part is right on because in russia the army takes all the people who are layed back and have a decent life and drafts them to the army all because of Shnur so please before you make any comments about humor check your facts on the movie and what its about. Thank you.
